We strive to ensure your SobAlert order reaches you promptly and safely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
-Local Deliveries (South Africa): Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
-International Deliveries: Orders are shipped via trusted courier services and may take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
-South Africa: Standard shipping is free for orders over ZAR 500. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of ZAR 50.
-International: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
