SobAlert Global Holdings Pty Ltd - a business in the Retail & wholesale Industry that markets & distributes products of a natural medical nature.

Customer privacy policy

SobAlert Global Holdings Pty Ltd will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of its: customers, suppliers and users. For all intended purpose of this clause, “personal information” is defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Purchase and delivery policy

A purchase is defined as an interest to buy our product and only once payment is made, is it deemed a “Purchase” On receipt of payment the funds need to clear or reflect in our account, for delivery to be initiated.

*A “proof of payment” will not constitute final settlement and delivery instructions will not be generated. Once settlement is cleared in our account, delivery will take between 2-5 working days to dispatch and for you to receive your order. This will also depend on you providing all correct delivery details and instructions for our courier partners to reach you. We cannot be held liable for delays due to strikes, civil unrest or reasons beyond our control.

**Please note: For shipping outside of South Africa, or all other international areas, a custom shipping fee will apply and will be invoiced separately. Your products will only be dispatched after the custom shipping fee has been paid.

Export restriction via Website sales

The purchase of our products via our Website, standard shipping policy will apply & is available to South African clients only. For International purchases please e-mail us for custom advice and quotes at: info@sobalert.co.za or sales@sobalert.co.za

Damaged Items

Should your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sobalert.co.za with a photo of the product, packaging & waybill number. Once we have contacted you back, we will advise you on instructions on how to return the damaged item/s. You will then need to return or send the product/s back to us, within 7 days of purchasing your product/s in order for a replacement or reship to take place. No cash/eft refunds will be made, as this is not a reusable product.

*Please note that products returned will be at the expense of the customer/recipient, unless we are able to agree/prove or negotiate with the contrary with our courier partners. We will make every effort to assist in this regard, but we cannot guarantee this.

** All items need to be returned; unused and in their original packaging.

Returns policy and procedure

Should your items arrive and you are displeased with your purchase, please contact us at info@sobalert.co.za with a photo of the product. After we have been in touch with you, you will need to return / send the products back to us, at your own expense, within 7 working days of the date of purchase. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Undelivered Items

Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours such as: No one at/on the premises to take delivery, you are unable to answer calls or an invalid or incomplete delivery address is provided. Our courier partner will attempt a second delivery after which, if the package is not delivered, you will be liable for all additional costs associated with the delivery of the package. Should you request a refund as a result of these failed attempts, you will be refunded the price of the products less the additional delivery costs.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Electronic funds Transfer (EFT) or Visa and Master Card, Credit Cards, via our secure payment gateway.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions are acquired for SobAlert Global Holdings Pty Ltd  via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayFast is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayFast is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details stored separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by SobAlert Global Holdings Pty Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more details on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

SobAlert Global Holdings Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction; this includes the sale of our goods sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SobAlert Global Holdings Pty Ltd chooses as its ‘domicilium citandi et executandi’ for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature:
